I am an experienced Care worker, I have mainly worked privately or self-employed
via a company.
My goal is to work and train my way up to manage a home for children
and young adults with complex medical needs. I’m about to begin my Level 3 in Health and
social care to begin this journey.
I am looking for a role as a complex care assistant, I believe that I have the right
experience and knowledge in the complex care industry to fulfill the responsibilities in this role. I am consistently in communication with healthcare
professionals to ensure that those I look after have the right care and support and
facilities they deserve and I always push for the extra training and funding for my
colleagues to deliver this.
